This course provides a fundamental treatment for developing, operating, and analyzing measurement systems, the roles of statistics and uncertainty analysis in developing test plans, and reporting results. The course also includes a thorough discussion of the principal and practice for measuring important variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, displacement, force, power, and strain are reviewed.
